Hoffmann Industrial Services specializes in design and engineering, installation of steel fabricated components, equipment installation, industrial concrete, millwright services, material handling, and plant shutdowns to the power, energy, chemical, agricultural, manufacturing, industrial, and food sectors. With a proven track record for innovative solutions to unusual problems, we work closely with our customers to plan, build or refurbish their most critical facilities, so they can achieve their short to long-term goals.

Our registered engineers and drafting technicians have the experience to design for the industrial and manufacturing industries. Hoffmann’s design team can provide professionally sealed prints, computer-aided drafting for all steel components, and 3-D modeling for prototype and fixture design.
Hoffmann Inc.’s state-of-the-art fabrication facility is a full-service job shop specializing in heavy steel fabrication. Our fabrication team can produce custom engineered fabrications and assemblies, as well as single parts and OEM weldments. Projects with electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic installation are routinely incorporated into our construction process.
Our certified welders specialize in carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum heavy fabrication. All welders are certified in AWS D1.1 for all positions, AWS D1.6 stainless and API 650 is available upon request.

Hoffmann’s design team conducts complete structural inspections of concrete or steel structures, including interiors, perimeters, foundations, roofs, walls, and openings. We can prepare a customized repair plan to fit our customer needs.
Our mission is to work alongside clients to perform an organized, objective, and comprehensive analysis of a structure and then determine the range and extent of repair and preventive maintenance solutions. Inspection estimates are provided.
Hoffmann’s Design/Build team offers comprehensive inspection services for concrete or steel structures. We examine building interior and exteriors, concrete slab/foundations, structural steel framing (beams, columns, and girts), building bracing, roof, walls and openings, support structures, pipe bridge, platforms, grated stairways, handrails, stairwells…
Once the on-site inspection is complete, a report that includes detailed observations, photographs, and repair recommendations is submitted. Upon the owner’s request, repair cost estimates can be provided after the initial inspection has been performed. Listed is the scope of Hoffmann’s inspection services:

Hoffmann can refurbish or rebuild your facility structures and equipment components. Our certified weld teams can be on site to provide metal fabrication and field erecting services throughout the continental United States.

Hoffmann, Inc. can provide the lifting power needed for most erection and installation projects. Three G.C.I. Mobile Tower cranes are uniquely qualified for heights up to 330 feet and have an extraordinarily long reach. The G.C.I. tower cranes can be used in a variety of configurations to perform almost any lift.
